ScentAir

ScentAir while being the behemoth that is sucking up the competition, is generating more toxic IAQ emissions than cattle and other greenhouse gases.

While conning the public and businesses, feigning that utilization of their ‘scented’ products are the ‘must have’ for their proper business ambiance, creating an entire/y new demographic of sick workers and generating barriers for public accessibility.

When they were taken to task by the NTEF and they had no LEGAL RECOURSE they hacked the foundations website, generating more exposure to the website they were trying to discredit.

Employees such as their general counsel Samantha Lloyd Parker have no consideration of the harm ScentAir is greedily promoting. As a mother of 4 boys, one has to wonder does Samantha use ScentAir home products in her residence and exposing her boys to these problematic emissions?

Samantha’s abject lack of the most rudimentary knowledge of health is beyond comprehension!

Their own contracted installer who when placed under oath for a deposition, disclosed the INTENTION cover-up of the corrosiveness of their product at a strip property.

The press release disclosing said information can be found at ScentAir’s Whistleblower’s Depo: Exposes Questionable Maintenance?

In addition, snippets of the deposition can be found at the aforementioned link.

ScentAir REFUSED to respond to one of the top Public Health Research Physicians in the country, regarding the assessment of their disclosed chemical make-up of Lemon Clean, used at the WestGate Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.

They were caught with generating false claims regarding utilization of carcinogenic ingredients Myrcene.

We were engaging with a Risk Manager for a property that uses ScentAir’s Lemon Clean. I asked for a copy of the MSDS and he didn’t have one. He as a CUSTOMER and Regional VP Risk Management for the property, requested a MSDS. What they sent to him was this 2 page scaled down SDS, that doesn’t quite comply with OSHA, dated July 21, 2021. As ALL products must have MSDS sheets available for an employee if asked.

He later on found a copy of SDS dated May 29, 2020, that is a true conforming SDS.

When you do a compare and contrast, they are ‘bloviating about ‘safety and lack of x,y,z type chemicals. On the ‘short‘ version they are lying and I quote: ‘Our fragrances do NOT contain any components found to be carcinogenic per the following Regulatory bodies: National Toxicology Department (NTP)

When in fact ScentAir’s own SDS, under Section 15.3, they FREELY ADMITTED, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE IT WOULD BE IN THE PUBLIC PURVIEW,  ‘US CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 CARCINOGENIC LIST’, THEIR RESPONSE ‘YES‘.

NTP technical report on the toxicology and carcinogenesis studies of beta-myrcene.

No one has EVER been able to actually get the inside information on ScentAir: regarding the installations of ScentAir’s  units in Las Vegas Hotel/Casinos; leak that ate away at an extension cord; supervisor who gave installer new HEAVY DUTY RING that shouldn’t leak, for example. Two samples that were analyzed by a laboratory that identified all ingredients and is accessible thru this website.

This came from a Las Vegas strip hotel/casino where ScentAir installed their equipment. To protect the reputation of the hotel/casino, the name of the property will only be disclosed thru a NDA!

UNDER OATH TESTIMONY OF SCENTAIR INSTALLER ON JUNE 3, 2012:

Installer was called by property to come and investigate a leak from the equipment. He found that fragrance oil dripped on the floor by the machine that goes into the diffuser. Said leak ate the seal, impacting the cord, eating away not only the safety plastic, wires all the way to the copper. As this left the rubber in a state that it could be just pulled apart, see above photo of the actual cord.

Supposedly after a could of weeks, Leland Anderson his supervisor, gave him different rubber seals that were supposed to be  more [‘corrosive resistant’-unintelligible] rate, like refrigerant seals. Knows that fragrance oils can eat paint and disrupting machines. ‘

His health was severely impacted while installing their products. Chronic dry cough that has abated since leaving, but still has a residual sore throat. The skin on his arms starting to heal that went from drying to sores.  June 3, 2012.
