Clarins is no stranger to SEIZURE and the FDA (1990). FDA acts and assigns Docket Number to NTEF's Petition regarding Angel Perfume In Vitro Dermal Absorption of Coumarin in Rat and Human Skin: “Coumarin is widely used as a fragrance in cosmetics, perfumes and soaps. Safety concerns have been raised by NTP toxicity testing. Therefore, we measured coumarin absorption and metabolism in skin. … These studies indicate that coumarin absorption is significant in skin. Systemic coumarin absorption must be expected after dermal contact with coumarin-containing products.”
